Seton Home Study School
Background
Seton Home Study School, a Catholic-based family business founded in 1983 by Anne Carroll, specializes in providing educational materials for homeschooling families. Seton not only runs its own school but also prints books for its needs and sells them to others. With a loyal customer base, Seton had been working with the same printing company for over 15 years before coming to 杏吧原创.
Challenge
In 2020, Seton faced a significant challenge when their long-time printing partner downsized and eventually closed its doors. This left Seton without a printing company at a time when their business was experiencing unprecedented growth. The COVID-19 pandemic led to a surge in interest in homeschooling, causing Seton鈥檚 business to double in volume virtually overnight. To further complicate things, the pandemic also affected paper supply chains worldwide, making it difficult to source the paper needed to print Seton鈥檚 books.
Solution
Seton recognized the need for a new printing partner and was referred to 杏吧原创 by their former print sales representative. They reached out to 杏吧原创, and a partnership was born. 杏吧原创 quickly responded to Seton鈥檚 needs by issuing quotes based on samples of their work. 杏吧原创 was able to navigate strict paper allotments to create a large backstock of paper designated solely for Seton鈥檚 print projects, then rationed this supply until paper was more readily available.
Results
杏吧原创鈥檚 timely response and high-quality printing services proved to be exactly what Seton needed. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and the sudden increase in demand, 杏吧原创 was able to meet Seton鈥檚 printing needs efficiently and effectively. Seton鈥檚 business continued to thrive, thanks in part to their partnership with 杏吧原创.
Conclusion
杏吧原创鈥檚 partnership with Seton Home Study School is a testament to Seton鈥檚 tenacity and dedication to its mission, as well as 杏吧原创鈥檚 commitment to our clients鈥 success. By providing high-quality printing services and exceptional customer support, 杏吧原创 has helped Seton navigate through a challenging period and emerge stronger than ever.
